Review: Glade Expressions Fragrance Collection

I was recently given the opportunity to try the new Glade Expressions Collection through BzzAgent.  If you haven't heard of BzzAgent before, they work with many brands in providing products to real consumers for reviews.  It is a great way to try various products and provide your friends and family with savings on these products.  The Glade Expressions Collection features four scents: Pineapple and Mangosteen, Cotton and Italian Mandarin, Fuji Apple and Cardamom Spice, and Lavender and Juniper Berry.

I was able to try a new Glade Expressions spray starter kit.  I chose the scent Pineapple and Mangosteen.  This is a wonderfully fresh scent that smells just like a juicy pineapple.  The Starter Kit contains this holder with squeezable handle.  The packaging label comes off to reveal a simple, white container that should blend in with your decor if you choose to have it out in the open.  The holder has a bottom element that twists open so that you can refill it with any of the other scents' refill bottles.  Compared to other fragrance sprays, I feel this one performs on the same level, or better, scent-wise.  For me, the scent has lingered for up to fifteen minutes before I would need to spray again.  The Starter Kit retails for $3.99 at Target.  Refills retail for about $2.00.

When choosing a scent for the oil diffuser, I went with Lavender and Juniper Berry because I knew I wanted a great scent for the bedroom.  The lavender is such a calming scent and smells like a true lavender to me.  The juniper scent is more subtle, but definitely complimentary to the lavender.  I was really apprehensive about how this would work because I have so many diffusers from other brands that haven't worked for me.  This one was very easy to put together with a design that was pretty and not imposing to my decor style.

I placed the diffuser on top of the stereo in my bedroom, near the window.  Within a couple hours, the room was filled with the scent, not in an overpowering way.  But it worked!  I was impressed with the long-lasting scent.  I've had it up for about a month, which is how long the diffuser is supposed to last.  The scent has dwindled just a bit, but is still working well for me.  I would definitely recommend the diffuser to anyone in need of a great room scent on a budget.  The oil diffuser set retails for $5.99 at Target.  The diffuser is also refillable and retails for around $3.00.

I do have a handful of coupons to give away if you would like to try the products.  The coupons are $2 off the spray starter kit and $4 off the oil diffuser.  Email me if you'd like me to mail you some coupons!
