In 1858 a small dry goods store opened in New York City on the corner of 14th Street and 6th Avenue. That little store grew to become one of the largest retailers in the world and an iconic American brand. This summer, Macy's is bringing back their American Icons events to stores across the country. Last fall, I attended a fashion event at Macy's with a runway show, fall trends, shopping party, and tasty treats and beverages. I'll be attending the Macy's Washington Square event in Portland, Oregon on May 16th at 2pm. This fashion show and party event is hosted by Grasie Mercedes of Style Me Grasie!
