Q & A Monday: Bedroom Habits

Don't get too excited!  It's nothing freaky or inappropriate.  But please read it anyway. LOL

Today's fun with questions is brought to you by Kenlie of All the Weigh.  As always, if you participate in FMM on your blog, please link back to All The Weigh and leave a comment so everyone can visit you!

 FMM: Bedroom Habits

1. Do you set an alarm clock? If so, for what time?
I use the alarm on my cell phone.  It is set for 9 AM usually.

2. How many hours of sleep do you get on an average night?

On average, I probably get about 7 hours a night.

3. Do you bring your laptop to bed?

No.  I try to finish everything I need to do on my desktop before I call it a night.

4. How many pillows do you require to sleep?

I have a regular pillow and a Snoogle pillow.  Because I'm a side sleeper, the Snoogle helps my neck and back.

5. Do you sleep with socks on?

No.  I hate to have socks on my feet when I go to bed.  The only reason I would ever wear socks to bed is if I was doing a moisturizing foot treatment or my toes were icicles.

6. How often do you change the sheets?
Once a week.

7. Do you remember your dreams?
Sometimes.  Often when I go to tell my husband about them in the evening, I forget what it was.  I think I remember the feelings of the dream more than the actual details.

8. Which side of the bed do you sleep on?
Right now, I sleep on the right side of  the bed (if you are facing the bed).  I think it worked out that way because my husband uses the small bedroom closet for his clothes, so he can get ready for work on his side without really interrupting my sleep.

9. How often do you take naps?
Hardly ever.  I just have too many things that need to get done and I hate the thought of not multi-tasking.  Naps are usually taken if I am feeling ill or didn't sleep well the night before.

10. Do you sleep soundly?
I seem to.  Once I'm asleep, not too much can wake me up.

There you go!  Happy Monday!!
