I'm back with another piece from Her Universe and their Bundle Up Collection.  Because I wore practical shoes with this look, I could venture back into my favorite shooting location, my local woods, which also seemed perfect for a Lord of the Rings-inspired item!

Our Universe is a line under the Her Universe umbrella geared towards men's styles.  I was sent the Lord of the Rings Hooded Shacket in a 2X.  Because of the men's cut, the shirt doesn't button around my hips and the arms are longer, but it fits my husband pretty great, so I am going to pass it on to him to wear.

That said, I appreciate that the fabric is softer and isn't a super thick flannel that can feel a bit stifling.  The drawstring hood is made of a knit fabric.  The One Ring and the Lorien leaf are embroidered on the chest, while the back features a screen-printed Bag End (I wish it was also embroidered) and "The Shire" embroidered across the back.  The length was also longer than a lot of the women's items I've tried, so it was more of a tunic-length on me, especially in the back.

Because I'm so curvy, I don't think the Our Universe line fits me the best, but they fit my husband well.  He's enjoyed the items I've bought for him through Her Universe, especially his Star Wars jacket.
