My latest Afternoon Live segment was this past Friday, in which I talked about loungewear and activewear.  I wanted to show examples of cute looks on both sides of the coin.  And with the new year upon us, we will ultimately hear about starting diets, exercise routines, and the general message that our bodies aren't good enough.  Maintaining a healthy balance is important.  Plus size women work out.  We run, we walk, we do yoga, pilates, cardio, go to the gym, cycle, hike, climb, jump - all in our plus size bodies.  We exist, just as less able bodies do in all shapes and sizes.  So focus on finding a nice balance in 2019, and wear clothes that make you feel fantastic doing it.
