NKOTB: The Package Tour

WOOOHOOOO!!!!  NKOTB Tour Dates were announced yesterday.  You've probably already heard about this, but I just had to post about it.  Opening for the New Kids are Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees.

I really wish there was more than one tour date close to me.  For the NKOTBSB tour, I was able to go to three shows.  It was so much fun.  As a hardcore fan of the NKOTB for a quarter of a century now, I was never allowed to see them in concert as a kid.  Ever since the reunion in 2008, I have tried to make up for it. :-)  This new summer tour date will be my 9th NKOTB show in less than five years.  I can't even begin to tell you how grateful, ecstatic, and blissfully happy this makes me.

To add more fun to the mix, NKOTB will be releasing the first single from their new album, "Remix (I Like The)", on January 28th.  (On Air with Ryan Seacrest will debut the song on Friday the 25th!!)
The new album "10" will be released on April 2nd.

Below is a teaser video for the tour, which starts May 31st in Uncasville, CT.  Tickets go on sale February 2nd with AMEX pre-sale beginning Friday (Jan. 25th) at 10 AM.  If you are a member of Block Nation, you don't need me to tell you that tickets go on sale Thursday the 24th at 10 AM.  Good luck to all of you going out for tix!!  I am keeping my fingers crossed for something fabulous!  (My friend and I had amazing seats for all three NKOTBSB shows.  We are spoiled.)

  1. Good luck! I can't believe they're coming here and not closer to you...I just wish the Chesapeake Arena didn't suck so hard for concerts (bad acoustics, no bathrooms and/or booze vendors near good seats). I might see if some of my girls want to go anyway. I'm not the hugest boy-band fan, but it would probably be a fun concert.

  2. My very first concert was NKOTB, so I have a soft spot. I would love to go see them this summer!

  3. Aw, that is awesome! They are so much fun live. I just can't get enough! I hope you get to see them this summer! (If not, I will take PLENTY of pics. For the 3 NKOTBSB shows, I took 2100 pictures. lol)

  4. At the very least, you could laugh at everyone spazzing out when Donnie takes his shirt off. lol They really are fun live. Boyz II Men was my first concert ever when I was 17. I won tickets from K-Mart. Then my husband and I went to see them live at a little club in Portland a few years ago. They are great as well. 98 and I don't really get along. I will leave it at that. LOL
The Tacoma Dome is only a couple hours or so away, so it isn't too bad. But as a venue, it sucks ass too. I hate it. That is why I can only have floor seats within the first 6 rows. lol I would rather drive all the way to Vancouver, B.C than go to the Tacoma Dome.
