I combined the sugar, water, and melted butter until it was smooth and creamy-looking. Added the eggs and vanilla until it was combined and then added the flour mixture about half a cup at a time while the mixer was running. I let it mix until it was smooth and well-combined.

Then I added the chocolate chips and mixed it up by hand before pouring it into the pan and patting it out as evenly as I could.

I ended up having to bake it for 25 minutes. I really hope this helps you. If you have any more questions, I will do my best to answer them. If I do anything different, I may cook them a little bit longer, just until the batter no longer sticks to a toothpick inserted in the middle.
I haven't made them in a while, but I will try to make another batch soon and see if there are any more tips I can add.Haileyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03713544664215054553noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7034790958999231788.post-37460179233344946062012-02-08T14:46:02.522-08:002012-02-08T14:46:02.522-08:00I have been drooling over these photos for quite a...I have been drooling over these photos for quite a while but when I make them (with 3/4 cup added chocolate chips) they don't look the same! The taste okay enough, could be a bit better but I'm eager to attain that shiny top and gooey center demonstrated in your . Are you doing anything different? Baking in 13x9 pan?

thanks!
Brownie EnvyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
